Donating organs after death is permissible in Islam. The Council of Senior Scholars in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia issued Resolution No. 99 in 1402 AH, stating the permissibility of transferring organs from one person to another, whether the donor is alive or deceased.
Additionally, all religions and divine laws permit tissue and organ donation, considering it an ongoing charity and an act of kindness.
