About the Office
In the era of digital transformation, the data generated, received, or dealt with by the Saudi Center for Organ Transplantation represents national assets that can contribute to improving performance and productivity, facilitating service delivery, supporting effective data management processes, strategic decision-making, future foresight, and achieving the highest levels of responsibility and transparency.
Based on the noble decree number (59766) dated 20/11/1439 AH, which established a data office in government agencies linked to the top official in the entity, the Data Management Office at the Saudi Center for Organ Transplantation is responsible for managing and governing data and protecting personal data as national assets. This is achieved through developing data strategy, policies, and controls that align with the regulations and policies issued by the National Data Management Office (NDMO), as well as developing necessary practices, supporting their implementation, and monitoring compliance.
