Service Description
A service that allows requesting an awareness activity for any party with the aim of raising awareness.
Duration of service
The application must be submitted no less than one month from the date of activity activation.

Required Information
- Download the form (link to the activity form currently available on the website) and have it signed by the authorized person or stamped.
- Fill out the digital form from the “Service Execution” section (this will be the form we are currently working on).
- Attach and upload the required documents in the form, such as:
- Educational and scientific materials
- The signed form or an official letter approved by the organization
- You will receive a response via the email address entered in the digital form.
- The activity must be based on a community need and have a specific objective.
- The applicant must be qualified and have the competence and experience to carry out an awareness activity.
- The activity must be approved by the direct manager and the department manager or the organization.
- The request must be submitted at least one month before the activation date of the activity.
- Activity details, including the objective and the mechanism for measuring impact
- An approved activity form or official letter
