The Legal Affairs Department reports directly to the General Director of the Center and serves as the primary authority for providing legal advice and consultation to all departments and divisions. Its role is to ensure that all operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
The department is also responsible for reviewing and structuring contracts and agreements in a manner that safeguards the Center’s interests. In addition, its specialists conduct internal investigations into employee violations and represent the Center in legal proceedings before courts, committees, and other relevant bodies. The department also undertakes any additional legal matters assigned to it.

 

 

Objectives of the Administration
  • Fulfill all legal requirements of the Center while minimizing legal risks and liabilities.
  • Reduce the number of legal cases filed against the Center.
  • Ensure that all operations are conducted in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
